Please join us on Thursday, October 20th at 6:30 p.m. as A Gift from Greensboro author, Quraysh Ali Lansana, joins us from Chicago for a public reading of his children’s book. There will be a book signing after the reading, as well as a discussion between the author, illustrator Skip Hill, and publisher Chad Reynolds of Penny Candy Books. Skip’s original illustrations are on display in the [Press] Gallery now until the 22nd of October. Autographed copies of the book will be available for purchase. The book reading and exhibition are free and open to the public.
